About The Photographer

Hi,

 

My name is Jay Osborne, I taught myself the guitar from the age of 7 and from there worked my way up through the industry to become a professional musician, actor and composer.

​

With vast experience and in over 17 years of international touring as well as theatre, session, cruise and TV work, I have worked in an array of productions and projects and worked with some of the biggest names in the industry including: The BBC, ITV, Disney, Bill Kenwright, BT Sport, O2, Island Records, Sky 1, Sony Records and supported such artists as; The Wide Boys, Breed 77, Blink 182, The Hives, Nick Harper, The Artful Dodger, Goldie Lookin' Chain and Bob Dylan to name just a few.

As well as being the lead guitarist for the top Rock N' Roll bands 'The Big Three' and 'The Runaround Kids', I have performed in lead roles and as the lead guitarist in hit West End and International Productions 'Cilla - The Musical' (Bill Kenwright), 'Dreamboats & Petticoats' (Bill Kenwright), 'Buddy Holly and The Cricketers' (Simon Fielder), 'Million Dollar Quartet' (Chuck Mead & Scott Wienstein, U.S.A, U.K), The Osmonds The Musical (Royo) and 'One Man Two Guvnors' (Derby Theatre) among many others.

With a vast experience in front of the camera, I decided to take my passion of photography to the next level and started taking headshots for close friends and family. When others started to express interest in my shots, I decided to make headshot and portrait photography my main focus. Now I use all of my experience in front of and behind the camera to make sure my clients are comfortable, enjoy the session and get the shots they want and need.
